Sloane’s Restaurant began as Benchmark, a beloved food truck that captured Lake Havasu’s heart with its bold, juicy burgers. Founded by Ashlee Ballas, Raul Ballas, and Noah Williams, we built a loyal following through our passion for quality and flavor. After operating on McCulloch Boulevard for just over a year, family circumstances prompted a pause, giving us the chance to reimagine our vision. Sloane’s was born. A full-scale restaurant blending our food truck roots with a refined, chef-inspired menu and a stylish new space. Today, we’re proud to bring modern American dining to Lake Havasu, crafted with community and connection at its core.
